Skillumni reserves the right to modify, discontinue, update, or replace any course, trainer, curriculum, schedule, platform, or service without prior notice wherever reasonably necessary.

4. Course Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice, the final payable amount may include applicable taxes including GST, discounts, promotional offers, scholarship programs, coupons, and referral benefits may be withdrawn or modified at any time, and price revisions shall not affect courses already fully purchased unless expressly communicated.

Payments must be made using authorized payment methods through our approved payment gateway partners.

Skillumni does not store complete debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Registration Fee (Pre-Registration Fee), wherever applicable, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

The registration fee covers administrative processing, student onboarding, verification, documentation, LMS allocation, scheduling, and resource planning.

By completing the payment, you expressly agree to this non-refundable policy.

Course Fee Refund

Except where required by applicable law, Skillumni follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Refunds may only be considered under the following situations:

Certain courses may require minimum attendance, assignment completion, assessments, projects, or examinations.

Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in denial of certification.

13. Certification Policy

Certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of the applicable course requirements.

Skillumni reserves the sole discretion to determine certification eligibility.

Certificates issued by Skillumni shall not be interpreted as government certification, employment guarantee, professional license, or statutory qualification unless explicitly stated.

14. Placement Assistance

Certain programs include placement assistance. Placement assistance may include:

Where internship opportunities are offered, selection depends upon partner organizations, eligibility criteria, availability, and performance.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property including videos, notes, PDFs, source code, assignments, assessments, presentations, logos, graphics, website design, and learning resources remain the exclusive property of Skillumni or its licensors.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, sell, publish, modify, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

17. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, respect intellectual property rights, provide truthful and accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and follow all classroom and community guidelines established by Skillumni.

18. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not share account credentials, record live sessions without permission, distribute copyrighted material, use bots or automated software, upload malware or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, reverse engineer any part of the Platform, impersonate another person, or use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

19. Third-Party Services

Skillumni may integrate with third-party providers including payment gateways, LMS providers, communication platforms, hosting providers, and analytics tools.

Skillumni is not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Skillumni Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

21. Communication Consent

You consent to receive communications from Skillumni through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and push notifications.

These communications may relate to enrollments, reminders, certifications, placements, updates, offers, or customer support.

22. Website Availability

While Skillumni strives to maintain uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily interrupt services.

23. Disclaimer

All educational services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Skillumni does not warrant guaranteed employment, guaranteed salary, guaranteed internship, examination success, continuous website availability, or error-free content.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Skillumni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the concerned course.

25. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillumni, its directors, employees, trainers, partners, and affiliates against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, legal expenses, or costs arising from the violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, infringement of third-party rights, or any illegal activities conducted using your account.

26. Suspension & Termination

Skillumni reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice for fraudulent activities, policy violations, payment fraud, copyright infringement, or misuse of services.

Termination shall not affect accrued legal rights.

27. Force Majeure

Skillumni shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, internet failures, power outages, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Skillumni operates from India.

Users accessing the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

29. Changes to Terms

Skillumni reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

30. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
